Task Title - The subject of the task that will be shown to the recipient.
Use template variables to add data from the stream record, using the convention $DataComponent.FieldName.
For example: Review and Approve Payment of $Incident.TotalDamages
Task Due Date
The task is due can be a fixed duration from the moment task is created,
or it can calculated by adding an amount of time to a date present in a data field.
Use Business Calendar
When task due date is based on number of days, use a business calendar so the due date does not fall on a weekend or company holiday.
Task Summary Form
The summary form shows details to user.
Administrators can design task appropriate forms to display record details.
Task Completion Form (optional)
When the end user clicks on 'Approve', 'Complete', or a custom action, the selected form is displayed. (If no form is selected, only the 'Comment' text box is displayed.)
The form allows additional information to be captured. For example, while reviewing an incident, a Supervisor may have to provide his view of the incident and its root cause. Such information can be captured and used downstream for further processing, and in reports.
