You can create a new stream if you have the appropriate permissions . 

 

To create a stream:

1. In the top navigation bar, go to the Gear Menu
2. Click on Streams Management
3. Click Create New Stream.
   The New Stream dialog appears.
4. Give the stream a title and a short description.
5. Chose one of the options at the bottom of the dialog to:

• Create a New Stream Using the Wizard
  Fill in a few forms to create a stream that can be extended and customized later
  
  
• Create a New Stream by Importing Definition present in a CSV File
  Import stream definition present in a CSV file to quickly create stream
   
• Create by Importing a Stream Definition File (Zip)
• This option is useful if definition of a stream has been exported from other tenant and now being imported into different tenancy​
