Depending on the rule's state, the Summary tab gives you buttons to:

• Checkout a published rule 
• Edit the work version of a checked-out rule
• Checkout or Publish a checked-in rule

Under the gear icon, you also have options to:

• Edit Details - including the rule's title, description, and who to notify in the event of an error
• Clone the rule
• Discard the work version
• Retire the rule - taking it out of action without deleting it
• Reactivate a retired rule
• Export a rule - Creating a file that can be used for backup or imported elsewhere
• Delete the rule
