This page shows all of the records in the stream, along with details like what stage they are in, and which version of the stream definition they are using. Clicking on an entry in the list takes you that stream record.

The bar at the top shows the color-coded examples of possible record states. Each entry in the list displays that state in the Status column--as, for example, the record shown, which is in the state In Process.

 

Using the menu at the left, you can choose which stream versions to display (default is all), and you can search for a record that contains specified text in the summary field.
