A record's state reflects its processing status in the system:
Saved - A record that has been saved as a draft, either because it is not yet complete, or because the time to begin processing as not yet arrived. (Processing does not begin until the record has been submitted.)
Submitted- The record has been submitted to the system, but the associated process has not yet started.
In Process - The process associated with the record is currently running.
In Error - A fatal error has occurred the prevents further processing. In the Stream Records views and in the Audit Log, the error message appears in red, along with a Retry button. Learn more:Handling Errors
Running with Errors - Occurs when a task owner could not be determined, in which case the task is assigned to the 'Stream Error Notification Owner' and the record status changes to 'Running with Errors'. The stream notification owner can reassign the task to resume processing. The stream definition should then be fixed to prevent the error from occurring in future. Learn more:Handling Errors
Aborted- Record processing has been aborted. After being aborted, the record cannot be deleted, nor can the process be restarted.
Paused - (Not yet supported.) Record processing is suspended until action is taken to resume.
