When users create or edit a smart object record, they use a form to do so.

A default form is created for the object fields that have been defined, but the designer is free to modify it.

 

To modify the Smart Object form:

1. Go to Gear Menu > Smart Objects Management
2. Select an object.
3. Under the object's gear icon, choose Manage Form.​
4. Modify the form that appears. 
5. Click Save Changes.
