A reporting field is a stream field that has selected as important enough to be available for reporting. (Some streams have records with several hundred fields. Attempting to make all of them available for reporting would impose a large demand on the system, and would impede performance. Identifying the important ones keeps the system running smoothly for everyone.)

To change the fields that are available for reporting:

1. In the Gear Menu, click Streams Management.
2. Select your stream.
3. Click the Stream Definition tab.
4. Click Settings.
5. Click the Reporting Fields tab.
6. Select or remove fields.
