When viewing a locked, checked-in stream, you have the option to publish the stream, making it available
for general use, to launch a process. 

 

When you publish the stream, several more options appear:

 

Use those options to:

• Add publishing comments to identify differences in this version of the stream. 
• Declare which form or forms will be available in the catalog, so they can be used to initiate stream processing.
• Give each of the forms a title that will appear in the catalog.
• Add an additional description that will appear in the catalog. For example: "Use this to request changes to compliance documents".
• Choose which section of the forms catalog the form will appear in, and and create a new section if needed.
