Record Number Format
Every record created in the system gets a unique identifying number.
In this field, the placeholder for that number is "{00000}".
You can modify the field to add text, so it becomes for example, "Claim #{00000}".
Disable automatic change of record Status to "Completed" when process finishes
By default, when the last step in a stream process finishes, the record is marked as "Completed".
When that happens, the record disappears from the normal record views, and moves to the
Completed record view. Generally, that is the desired behavior--but it can also be disconcerting.
Choose this option to turn off that behavior. Records then remain in the normal view even
when all processing defined by the stream is finished. The record is removed from the normal
views only when it is manually marked as Completed.
Records submitted in this version will be automatically promoted to next version
When a new version of the stream is published, draft records may still exist. By default, those records are submitted to the old stream process, because that is how they began. After publishing a new version of the stream, click this option in the old version so that, when draft records are submitted, they are processed by the newer version.
