When I try to update a leave record, it does not allow me to change 'Designation', 'Certificate Status', why?

 

In Pulpstream every record follows a process from Start to Closure. If a certain field is not updatable it means it is currently in progress as part of a process. It can only be changed by reviewing the LOA again, to initiate a new process. Follow the steps laid out in FAQ #4.
