A process record has been open for a while on my display. How do I make sure the record reflects any actions that someone else may have taken on that process--or actions I may have taken on a different computer? 

 

From any task, click the related to link at the top to get to the data record for that instance of the process. In the process record, open the LoA Record Gear Menu and choose Refresh.
