Employee Self Service Portal

When your organization licenses the Employee Self Service Portal you make it easier for employees to help themselves. From there, employees can access their personal information and initiate processes--more convenient for them, while at the same time reducing the load on the HR Team.

 

The portal is accessed at https://us.pulpstream.com/vfr/portal.html?id=yourSubDomain, where your organization's subdomain is specified at Main Gear icon > Account Management > Company Info > Sub Domain

 

To access the portal, an employee provides the email address registered with the company, and then provides a one-time code that is transmitted to them. 

 

The information and actions available to the employee depend on which Pulpstream solutions are in place, for a given organization.
