The Data Exports tab lets you export data from one or more streams and Smart Objects. It also displays the status of previous exports. It appears if you have the appropriate permissions.

An administrative Data Export generates multiple CSV Files that contain field definitions and data records from one more streams, and from one or more Smart Objects. Because a large amount of data can be included, such exports in the background. When finished, you receive a notification email. To do a more restricted export of selected records, with values for selected fields, do a report-based export.

Note:
This procedure exports all data contained in the stream or Smart Object, or all data created within a specified date range.
To export selected data, use a report-based data export.

 

To export data:

1. Go to Gear Menu > Account Management > Data Exports
2. Select one or more streams and/or one or more smart objects
3. Optionally specify a range of dates.
   If specified, only records created within the specified dates are included.
4. Click OK.
   A new record appears in the export list, with status In Process.
   When finished, the status changes to Completed, and you get a notification email.
